Community Support Specialist

Applied Counseling and Consulting Services is currently seeking a Community Support Specialist at our agency for part time employment ( 18
hours per week) for a consumer in the Bellefonte area.JOB
Responsibilities:
Ensuring health, safety, dignity, and individual rights of learners at all times Provide service delivery as scheduled (on time) and as defined in learner's homes and local communities Participate in observation and basic data collection to help shape goals/objectives Complete and submit all daily progress notes and timesheets in a timely and professional manner in accordance with ACCS guidelines Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members as needed Adhere to ACCS Policies and Procedures REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver's license, car insurance, car registration and inspection stickers High school diploma or GED PA Background check with no criminal record (FBI finger printing for candidates out of state) Previous experience in related field highly preferred Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
